      Pros

      Since day one of joining the company, the culture and inclusion was more than apparent. Besides being paid more than fairly, amazing time off and education benefits, it is just easy to feel that the company puts the employee first.

      Pros

      Great company that is experiencing a lot of growth currently. It's obvious that the company has attracted great talent. The leaders of this organization are extremely intelligent. This was a great opportunity to take advantage of while a student.

      Cons

      The average age of employees much older than I am, however, this allowed me to learn from people who have already know what it takes to be successful.
