      Leadership has been second to none. I feel like they care about everyone who works there. Things are very individualized and there's always opportunities to do more.

      Need to be prime on more contracts.

      Pros

      been working for FUSE for about a year now and this is the best companies i have worked for! They made me feel welcome from the first interview i had. Made the whole experience great. They want you to succeed! They have group team events all the time that range from happy hours to skeet shooting to bbq picnics. I have 0 complaints about the company

      Pros

      Excellent Benefits , Competitive Pay , Family Friendly company with a mixture of Family and Singles events. Company makes solid effort to push solid work life balance.

      Cons

      Company is making strong push to grow. Which leads me to believe they are looking to be bought or stop being a small company. They are adding more overhead and non billable employees to front office.
