      -Recognizes the contributions and value of each employee -Regular company-sponsored events for the entire family facilitate a true community feeling -Supports career growth and interests of employees -Management is open door and easy to talk to -Benefits (both extrinsic and intrinsic) communicate that the company wants to attract and retain top talent

      Pros

      Fuse Engineering is a wonderful place to work, and they provide a number of options to help their employees reach their full potential. The vacation time is amazing, as well as the flexibility to use the vacation time. Management cares about their employees and I always feel confident that they would be able to resolve any issues that I brought to their attention

      Cons

      We don't get to see each other a lot due to the nature of the customers that we support...however even with that Fuse hosts several events through the year to get the team together.
