Pros

I have been with Fuse going on my first year and so far I couldn't ask for more. The benefits are great, the people are intelligent and fun to socialize with. Fuse puts on monthly activities that range from happy hours, ball games, to skeet shooting. I look forward to a long career with Fuse and all the experience I'll gain along the way.

Cons

Nothing negative to say about Fuse.

Cons

Other than the office being out in the middle of nowhere, everything seems to be going great! No complaints on my end.

Pros

Most companies will promise anything to get you to sign an offer letter. Fuse Engineering stands behind you the entire time you are employed with them. They truly have your back.

Cons

It's hard to think of any cons, but Glassdoor requires them for the review. Maybe because it's a small company there are less internal resources for growth, however, that is not to say there are not external resources and opportunities for training outside. The annual training program is very generous and fits this need very well.
