Fuse continues to refine how we are communicating upcoming milestones, goals, and direction to our rapidly growing team, which we understand can be a challenge in a fast-paced and agile development environment. We have placed renewed attention on ensuring plans are synthesized, well-promulgated, and readily available. We are also allowing more time and mentorship for new team members to assimilate, and we have implemented a review cycle focused on goal setting with a flexible frequency level that can be adapted to fit the needs of individual team members. As we continue to grow, we will keep these front of mind while responding to and solving more complex challenges for the fleet with a focus on designing for the user.

      Amazing staff, highly competitive pay, overall just an amazing place to work. If you want to work towards an amazing goal and do work that matters.. Fuse is where you will find yourself.
