Pros

There are ample opportunities to grow in your career. The team works on several high impact programs for the Navy and Air Force, working on aircraft that are once in a lifetime opportunities. You can probably see your work flying on real aircraft within a year. Several engineering disciplines working with agile methods that are uncommon in defense - lots of chances to learn cross-discipline skills. Open door policy for company and program level roadmaps - anyone can present ideas that can guide what we do. Generous PTO, company-funded training (certs), yearly raise and bonus, and 401K matching.

Cons

Fast paced and fast growing, so there are growing pains. Customers and contracts often come with little requirements definition. Not for everyone.
