Pros

Great work-life balance, and awesome culture. Very smart people and innovative work using cutting edge technology

Cons

PTO is available only after 90 days of employment. Don't get sick or have any appointments planned for your first 90 days. Office equipment (desk, char, etc) low quality.

Thank you for your input and feedback. Our PTO and time off policies have been and will continue to flexible to account for circumstances that arise (either during or after the initial 90 days) which are not covered by our standard framework. We will work with each individual and specific situations to make sure our team members are covered in these situations.

Thank you for your input and feedback. We realize that our team is our most valuable asset. We strive for the fun and creative environment described above and take pride in our user-focused design process. Fuse continues to work on communication and refining our internal channels so that changing requirements (although sometimes unavoidable) can be absorbed with grace and minimal impact to our team. We have also implemented ways to plan ahead for high workload times, set clear expectations and goals for our team, and put clear paths for advancement and promotion in place.

Pros

Best part of being a software engineer is, if you're a motivated person, this is a place where you can extend on all aspects of your skills. Databases, Backend, Front end, Linux OS.

Cons

At times directions are not necessarily clear, and when there is a deadline the hours may become extensive i.e. overtime

Thank you for your feedback and input. Fuse has been working hard to address making sure that our overall vision and mission are more clearly communicated among our team as well as specific directives and planning for expectations with regards to increased workload to meet upcoming deadlines and test events. We have instituted more focus on our team's career development and promoting from within in an effort to retain our amazing talent. There are several venues for input to this process for any member of the team - such as participating in the Opportunities and Mentorship working Group. We will continue to work hard to make sure transparency exists among all levels of our team.
