Pros

I worked at Fusion 360 for over four years. I left last year to pursue my freelancing carreer. It hasnt gone quite as planned! lol. I miss the collaberation and the big client projects. I wish I had never left!! Fusion has a great culture and working environment. The dress is casual, the office envirnment is fun and the work is fulfilling (mostly). Fusion's clients are great to work with and seem to really appreciate the work. Free snacks. Free drinks. Lots of opportunities to take a break and recharge with ping-pong, foosball, XBOX and daily nerf-gun wars.

Cons

The long hours and some late nights werent always ideal. The work-flow seemed to come in spurts so I felt burried at times, but I think thats just how it is when you work at an agency.

Pros

Fusion is a very fun, laid back place to work. Some employees are only here for fun, which makes it harder for those wanting to excel in our career, but I think you will get that most places you work. The management finds unique ways of showing their appreciation like taking us out for lunch and always having snacks and drinks in the office. The work parties are a lot of fun as well. I definitely recommend working here.

Pros

Laid back with dress code.

Cons

Management is completely disconnected from its employees. Business is run on the backs of interns creating content. Very little information is released from higher ups. Very little direction provided for new employees.
