Pros

The scheduling flexibility in order to be able to get my kids to and from school.

Cons

The training has no planning or organization put into any of it. Agents spend 23 out of 24 days of training trying to get into the software, setting up passwords, etc., and the management that actually know the programs are too busy to be bothered to show their employees how to do their jobs correctly, but are quick to give low QA scores for doing it wrong (robbing the employees of promised incentives) and it wouldn't happen if we had proper job training. Also, stop hiring people that don't have basic typing skills. It puts a strain on those of us that know how to use a computer, and can type. If we have to stop continuously to show someone how to use basic computer functions, they are not qualified enough to do this job. If they don't know how to use Skype, Teams, or Zoom, they shouldn't be considered either.
