Pros

Personally, the pro's of working at Fusion include personal development; learning to deal with erratic customers and quite frankly develop more patience and empathy skills.

Cons

Constant issues with payroll (yet failed to take accountability for it , considering it was a minimum wage job, one would expect better), management can be hypocritical at times, can be scheduled outside your availability and I once got denied a day off for my birthday (though I gave relevant notice, was part-time and a student).
