To pursue a career in a warehouse in a professionally managed organization which provides a sample opportunity of learning and growths.

Cons

Even though we work at the company how long it might be but the companies never give us salary on time and sometimes there is a partiality as India is a secular nation comprising of different kinds of languages. Sometimes we don't even understand what others are speaking even if we visit their cities and states. Every city or states of India has their different languages apart from others.countries.

Location and depending on the campaign time schedules.

Cons

Management in this company is the worst in town, they have no respect for the workers, you have to be very careful with your payment many mistakes with the hours and pay you less. The team leaders don't have the proper training to assist their subordinates, They lost many customers. They always promise more benefits but always late. Offices are dirty with a lot of dust and never have like special Fridays. I only see in over 2 years 1 day of free pizza and 1 day of breakfast that's it.
