Pros

Flexibility with shifts. Good location (downtown Montreal). Good ambiance to work in. Relatively simple employment.

Cons

Bad salary. You have to be able to work on weekends and nights. The type of work is very repetitive and no paid breaks or lunch.

Pros

It's particularly difficult to get fired, honestly. You really have to deserve it. Vacations are approved if requested properly.

Cons

Week-to-week schedule depending on their needs. You could have 20 one week, 14 the other. You need to keep track of your pay, it's not all that accurate.
