Pros

Flexible Schedule, there are always snacks, coworkers are amazing and the team leaders and management are really nice. They are supportive and understand the employees needs.

Cons

Seems so sketchy that is outsourced by a company who outsources for other companies. There is an excessive load of work having to handle up to 8 customers at the same time and they constantly cancel the breaks. the incentives are terrible.
