Pros

- Ok as a first job, given the few incentives they have to earn a bit of extra cash. - Good work life balance. - Practically no entry barrier to the job.

Cons

- You will be just a number. A disposable one. - Draining work. - Prepare to have the living day micromanaged out of you. (Supervisors plopping in on chats without telling you.)
