My experience with Fusion has been very disappointing. The company is not transparent with employees’ payments, and salaries are often delayed, deducted, or held without any proper explanation. When employees ask for clarification, they rarely receive a clear or helpful response. The seniors are also not supportive. Instead of helping, they often take advantage of employees and ignore their rights. The work-life environment feels insecure and unprofessional. Overall, Fusion fails to provide a fair, safe, and healthy workplace for its employees. Anyone planning to join this company should think twice before making a decision.
