      Genuine people and managers make working here a pleasure.

      Cons

      The CEO was focused on Sales and never on engineering or product development. There was no Career progression or coaching in any form.

      Pros

      -Office near to a mall with lots of restaurant options. -You develop a broad knowledge of industry intricacies rapidly.

      Cons

      -Sales team actively lies to customers about timelines, and then sends their calls to the project management team; management does nothing about this and verbally (but never in writing) directs employees to uphold the lie. -Poor pay by industry standards. -Benefits worse than options available through the healthcare marketplace. -Frequent layoffs. -Frequent change of company ownership (changed owners 3 times in 2 years there).
