Pros
I worked on two different teams at Fusion and both were great. The 1 month of Granted PTO was a plus and you get it all at the top of the year! A lot of fully remote positions available
Cons
They don’t have a lot of company events where we get together and meet one another. The federal holidays are at a limit so some of the holidays you would expect to be off for, you’re not. Upper management does change a few times but in general they’re there to help
