      Flexible work from home and I had a great team.

      Management doesn't know try and learn what the employees do daily to assist.

      Pros

      There are pros you have a week pretty much to just do trainings.

      Cons

      There is no real structure. There are no recognition in GAAP at all. There are variances that can't be explained because systems do not talk to each other. They recently went through a bankruptcy and said they were fine financially but still did layoffs after giving deadlines to have all Work Instructions completed. If you want stability and structure this IS NOT THE PLACE. Accrued PTO, might as well be an hourly employee.
