Everything is falling apart so much that you are lost in a see of disaster and no once really notices what you are doing. There is such high turnover that if you are worth something you are likely to get promoted quickly and grab a title that can give you a career boost.

Cons

Employees have zero empowerment to influence executive decisions and executive decisions destroy your job. Vendors are not paid and they are consistently on credit hold. Employees are all utterly miserable. All the best employees are actively looking for a new job and the others could not care less if fire caught to the whole company. CEO makes a huge amount of money, even more in bonuses, but bonuses and benefits were stripped from employees. Salary employees are expected to work 50+ hours a week with below industry average pay, while constantly being belittled and beat up by upper management. RUN.
