Easy access to management team and CEO

Pros

Very flat organization where it's easy to contribute and be heard. Fusion Connect is moving at a very fast pace. CEO sends a video message to all employees every week, with frequent all hands meetings...very transparent.

Cons

It will be great meet with team members again after Covid.

Great company and great CEO with direction. Lots of changes as they are re structuring 4 companies into one. If you like to grow and move up this is a good company to do it in. Great management and teamwork too.

Cons

Lots of changes Silly processes and a few things that need improvement.
