There was no set schedule or particular dress code, so you could come in at 10am wearing jeans or even casual lounging pants.
Cons
Though there was no set schedule, the work hours were long, 9+ hours with 12 being the norm for most. The hours were long because there are 9 billing systems to extract data from or add data to and very few people to do it. The processes where long and inefficient.
