Pros
Most positions are fully remote.
Cons
Company will be sold in less than 12 months. Most of the employees have barely seen a computer let alone touch one and have zero interest in learning basic skills. Executive leadership stuck their head in the sand years ago and now can't figure out why they've had over 5 rounds of layoffs. The new CEO likes to talk in flowery complicated analogies and gets irrationally angry when someone asks a question. Recruiter struts around like she's about to float away with how full of hot air she is. Horrendously toxic environment with grandfathered employees who enjoy crying age discrimination when they are their own mountain. Wondering about DEI efforts? There are none and executive leadership actively works to deny any efforts made to promote cohesion in the workforce. Under 40? Might as well keep going. With most employees being over 40 and feeling invincible citing age discrimination protection; you'll never be given an opportunity to demonstrate your competency, skills, experience, or ideas because "you can't possibly know more" than them as they've been working at the same (failing) company for the past 15+ years with no success to show for it. The market has evolved and left whatever "Fusion connected" this company to the rest of the industry has since died and broken off.
