Pros

It's an SME. On an entry level, if you put in hard work and show potential, there are great chances of learning and growing, provided you get a good manager. If you show the interest in working in a particular field, they might even put on a project if they have some related work being done.

Cons

Not a lot of accountability. Practices and behaviour towards employees is not very fair. They might throw you out whenever they please without giving you an opportunity to explain or holding the right person accountable, because people from the higher management are way more involved than they should be. Just pray you find a good boss/ manager.

Pros

There is nothing Pro about this company. But, I should agree that they are "Pro" in many things which are listed below.. 1. They handle you very sweetly and acknowledge very immediately till you join them. You can't beat their candidate engagement and the care they give. 2. Post you join them is where you started seeing their real face. 3. They compel you to write great about them in Glassdoor and rate them 5 Stars 4. They get an agreement signed from you stating that you will not write anything bad about them anywhere in the social media. Today I'm breaking this open in public. 5. All the reviews and ratings you see here are well curated by an internal team (or) most of the reviews are from the employees who joined just a day or week before. So obviously they will leave a great comment about them.

Cons

Fusion Practices is the most unprofessional company ever exist in the face of earth. CEO of this company is simply a challenged person in every brain activity. No own thoughts, not receptive to any idea at all. He lives in his own world. Mostly forgets stuff (or) mis communicates every single thing. He doesn't have the capabilities or qualities for a CEO. He worked in an MNC and now he is using this company to sell Oracle CRM. There is no Product, he is not capable of ideating a product. His entire leadership team are a bunch of jokers. Comparing the product founders in the India tech eco-system, this guy is a humour. If you are really looking for a career, please do not even apply in this company. If you have done it, one day you will come back to this comment and read it again and cry loud.

Fusion Practices Response

Response from Anil Passi, CEO of Fusion Practices Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on Fusion Practices. We genuinely appreciate feedback as it helps us improve and maintain transparency with our prospective employees, partners, and clients. However, there are a few points in your review that need clarification: 1. Product Information: We pride ourselves on our product, GrantsNow, which recently won the ERP Innovation Award in the UK. We do not sell Oracle CRM or claim to have a CRM product. Our team has worked tirelessly on GrantsNow which is a grants management platform, and we stand by its quality and the value it brings to our clients. 2. Employee Feedback: We encourage our employees to share genuine experiences and feedback. It is against our policy to force anyone to leave only positive reviews, and we would never ask an employee to sign an agreement restricting them from sharing their honest experiences. If any employee ever feels pressured, we urge them to bring it to the management's attention directly. Our employees or ex-employees can be reached out on Linkedin to validate concerns. 3. Leadership Team: Our leadership team brings together a diverse range of experience, ideas, and knowledge, which has been pivotal in driving our success. We believe that open dialogue and diverse thought are fundamental to innovation and growth. I am genuinely sorry to hear that you've had a negative perception of our company, though I would like to note that the profile you have claimed does not match any former employee based in Pune as a Manager for over a year. It is important for reviews to be accurate and reflect real experiences so that they can be constructive. If you have genuine concerns or would like to discuss this further, please reach out directly to our HR department or myself. We are committed to ensuring that all our employees and stakeholders have positive experiences with Fusion Practices. Thank you and wishing you all the best in your future endeavors.
