      - No limits to growth. - Efforts are always encouraged & appreciated. - Excellent teams to work with. - Leaders here always support unleash our true potential. - Salary is not a problem for deserving ones. - Leaves are easily granted. - HR team and Senior Management are easily approachable. - Core team has been there with the firm for a minimum of 3 years, which shows how they value their employee. - Deserved candidates get On-Site opportunities without having to wait in the hierarchy. -They treat you like a person, not an employee. -The hiring process is wonderful and easily streamlined.

      Lots of trainings provided. On-time salary. Access to senior management is easy. Work From Home facility provided. Juniors are treated like a family.

      Cons

      Work life balance is not that great, sometimes its very hectic schedule. Focus is mainly on Oracle and Azure, should be more diversified a bit. No proper and fixed shift timings.
