      Good place to start your career as a fresher.

      Pros

      Lots of trainings provided. On-time salary. Access to senior management is easy. Work From Home facility provided. Juniors are treated like a family.

      Cons

      Work life balance is not that great, sometimes its very hectic schedule. Focus is mainly on Oracle and Azure, should be more diversified a bit. No proper and fixed shift timings.

      Pros

      The pros were that I got involved with product development, consultancy and pre-sales that gave me all round experience. The best thing however was unlimited access to any trainings run by Apps2fusion.

      Cons

      Working hours are either U.K. aligned or US aligned. My suggestion is you clarify your working hours before joining and try for U.K. hours. They rarely allow Indian working hours.
