      Pros

      Generous bonuses and incentives, lots of products in the mix, good management and Operating systems. Free thought encouraged.

      Cons

      They get too busy sometimes, creating long lead times, and as a commission incentivized employee, it hurts to deliver quotes with those long leads, and feels like they are holding your head under water
