* Highly international ambiance * Some of the best Traders in the market work at Fusion Worldwide * Very generous remuneration and commission scheme, by far highest in the industry * Every day is different with new opportunities popping up * Success is rewarded with no capping restriction. You earn as much as you bring in * Everyone is the same, titles mean nothing here

Cons

* Tough business if you're not confident enough to hold your own. Come packed with confidence and willingness to absorb new ideas as it's not a job for everyone. * Fast transactional nature of business means you have to be able to cope with pressure.
