Plenty of work. Opportunity to work remote.

Cons

Quite simply, they do not care about their employees. They'll lay you off without a care in the world. I just got my review (which was excellent) 2 weeks before I was laid off.

A paycheck that is better than nothing

Cons

Favorism, what you can do depends on who you are. One person can work at home but another person with the same job functions will get reprimanded if does the same. Not the most professional place. Family owned business that don't show much appreciation to workers. White managers and dark black lower level workers type of sweat shop. Not to mention the prison-like facility with cameras monitoring from every angle every corner inside outside.

Cons

Company is so sensitive they block this website internally to staff. Very similar management style as North Korea
