Pros

If you want to work for the best in the industry, Fusion is where it's at. They pride themselves in staying ahead of the curve in the market which puts them in front of the line in the industry. They have one of the most talented management teams as well that know how to train up employees to give them the best opportunity to succeed. Luke, Tobey and Peter run a tight ship but that's a requirement if you want to be the best. I learned a lot during my time at Fusion and grew both personally and professionally so I am forever grateful to them for the opportunity. You have the opportunity to make a really good living at Fusion in any market, you just have to have that hunter mentality and you'll get there. If you show that you want to be at Fusion and work hard/smart, they will feed you so you will get good opportunities.

Cons

I had to leave for personal reasons and it was one of the hardest choices I had to make but at the end of the day, I stand by my choice. In order to be the best, you have to work the hardest and being an employee at Fusion definitely puts that to the test so the work/life balance is skewed but that comes with the territory. In this industry, there's only so many accounts that are booking consistently in any market so if you don't have one of these on your base, you could be in for a rough time when things slow down (this isn't really a Fusion issue, more of an industry issue but things get tough at Fusion).
