Pros

The team is very focused on delivering an amazing product and maintaining a high level of satisfaction. There is a great opportunity to learn a variety of skills that would otherwise be very difficult to attain. Everyone wants to help the company grow and succeed, so there is always a team-bonding environment. I've never worked with such hard-working and dedicated professionals.

Cons

The work can be demanding, as is with any fast-paced tech industry employer. It is nice to always be challenged, however, because every day you grow into a more productive member of the team.

Pros

I joined fusionZONE not knowing what to expect. Having never worked full time in an office environment I was nervous. WOW! What an experience. This company is rapidly growing - I have been here just over a year and have already seen more than 300 new clients come on board. I have advanced from a basic client service role into project management. The company genuinely cares and shows this in the form of bonuses, parties, and more. Since I joined they moved from a smaller office that was a bit cramped to a huge state of the art office. Could not be happier with the new work space.

Cons

Any position here really requires you to wear many hats. If you can not multi task this may not be the best position for you. If you are looking for a job to grow this is the one.

Pros

This company is always on the up and up, new business every day and a lot of work to keep you busy. They also just got a brand new office with great amenities, including a ping pong table! Nice benefits are offered as well.

Cons

The work can be a little repetitive.
