Pros

I love the people at FZ. I have been working account management for several years and I really enjoy working with the customers. FZ helped me get certified in analytics and AdWords for Google and provides training. Brett and Anna are very helpful resources and Tim has fantastic weekly training sessions for his performance managers like myself.

Cons

I would like meetings with all staff as an employee. I'd like to understand company direction and growth, vision and transparency. Because the company is scaling it makes it easier for me to understand the changes are happening

Nothing!! Look at all reviews!!

Cons

No parking, kids everywhere, no windows, co-workers who talk behind each others back and the company, pay is horrible (lowest possible), no snacks, no food, no room for growth, and no good food locations. Not to mention, they work you to death here. Come here to be overworked, get paid the lowest possible and have everyone in the office talk about each other and suck up to the CEO. Not to mention, when strolling around for a quick break, the CEO doesnt even say hi. Haha, I guess he thinks he is cool and doesnt want to say hello. The team runs your company.
