Pros

- Big brands with impressive opportunities and traffic potential - Some great managers who really care about the work and their teams - Good holiday

Cons

- Higher management of magazines are given impossible goals to reach and pass this down to team - Strongly pushed to focus on clickbait or churning out content. While good journalism gets rewarded, it is one good article to 10 copy and pastes. - Brands with US and UK teams clash with no clear leadership in place, Expect to work weird hours to appease editors on different time zones - Salaries are dismal for the huge amount of work expected - High burnout of staff
