Energetic, forward facing company. Goes for success and finds it.

Cons

Top heavy leadership, lacks growth mindset when it comes to the people who actually make the "product". In my opinion, acquires too much too often without a plan for the people that come with the acquisition.

Various exciting brands and specialist interest areas you can work on. A good, strong team makes the place bearable.

Cons

Salaries are too far below market, even if you bring many years of experience. People & Culture (HR) initiatives are patronising. Work/life balance often terrible. Bad team members and general morale issues can make it intolerable.

Pros

The company leaders are transparent and communicate regularly with employees. The benefits are good and my colleague are amazing! Everyone helps and pitches in as needed. I have loved working for this company. They really took care of us during the pandemic, and I'm grateful.

Cons

I feel like compensation is low for the expertise they want, but that's the only downside I see.
