Great benefits, an open and honest executive team, and the people are the best in the business. There's flexibility around working styles and lots of perks offered to keep morale up, like snacks, drinks on tap, social events and unlimited vacation. The executives are visible and offer and open door policy, so if you have a concern you can talk directly to them without booking an appointment. Zillah is a goddamn inspiration.

Cons

Lack of turnover in editorial jobs can make it hard to progress. In content creation people stick around for years, so can be hard to break through into management roles even if you're succeeding.

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. Within our newly created People & Culture department, we are implementing a number of processes such as exit interviews and employee feedback interviews to understand how employees are feeling and what we can do to make any required improvements, we continue to act on this feedback. Growing the business via acquisition is one of our objectives and we consider it to be a really important part of our strategy. Unfortunately this occasionally results in duplications in roles and it has been necessary to amend the organisational structure as a result.
