A variety of different brands so you work across different things/ learn a lot

Cons

They make a big statement about how amazing the culture is but it's actually quite toxic. People are overworked, replying to emails late at night/ whilst they are on holiday. They are mandating days back in the office almost in a threatening way, other companies are more understanding/flexible. They make you feel as if you should be grateful to have a job when actually they should be happy to have such amazing staff that are incremental to their success. People are constantly leaving so what does that say about the working environment? Quite possibly the worst company I have worked at.

Various exciting brands and specialist interest areas you can work on. A good, strong team makes the place bearable.

Cons

Salaries are too far below market, even if you bring many years of experience. People & Culture (HR) initiatives are patronising. Work/life balance often terrible. Bad team members and general morale issues can make it intolerable.
