Pros

- Team mates are incredible at what they do - inspiring CEO - targets are reasonable - training is given, some of it compulsory (some god, some bad) and some that you can ask for, if you know what you are looking for.

Cons

- the on-boarding process during lockdown was shocking. i've essentially been left to my own devices and it's been quite isolating. - the deal booking process is so long and not cohesive enough. e.g. having to fill out up to 5 different forms to book the deals with different departments. it's a huge barrier to getting your job as a sales person done.

We couldn't be happier to have you here! Dated technology is frustrating for folks who really enjoy the bleeding edge, but is often useful for security and stability. It's not an easy balance to strike, I would recommend petitioning your supervisor with detailed explanations for why you think we'd be better off adopting new tech. As for your salary, please make sure you bring this up at your next evaluation or contact People & Culture.
