Thank you for your feedback, we're incredibly grateful to receive all thoughts and opinions from our former employees. We are proud to have some of the best people in the business in our boat and we're lucky to have such passionate colleagues delivering great results. We constantly work with our management teams in the business to ensure their teams are engaged, understand how they fit into the bigger picture and are always mindful of well-being and employee satisfaction. We are careful about where we invest our money and largely, when it comes to office improvements, these are based on huge amounts of employee feedback we receive. Our HR and management team are embedded in the business and always approachable for any feedback, suggestions and recommendations our employees wish to offer. We try to lead with the best foot forward but pride ourselves on being able to review and reflect and if the course needs re-set, then we will boldly do this - we need to stay competitive in our tough market!
