Thank you for taking some time out to provide your feedback and thoughts about working at Future. You are right that Future people are pretty great! Change is probably one of only constants here at Future - As the media world transforms it's so important we stay ahead of the curve and we pride ourselves on being agile, responding to the market at rapid pace. This does mean it can get pretty hectic at times - it's why we have our unlimited PTO to make sure you take time to recharge when you need. We're really committed to investing in our people and ensuring that you have everything you need to keep being fantastic. But we aren't always great at communicating all the good stuff we have been doing. We're actively looking to move the dial on diversity - did you know we set up an Inclusion & Diversity forum and have a number of active affinity groups- it sounds like you want to be more active, so why not take a look on Slack to find out more about how you can get involved. And whilst we don't have a HR representative in each of our offices, our People & Culture team are open and approachable so don't hesitate to drop them a line if you need something.

Thanks so much for the positive feedback. Future as a whole has been focused on addressing diversity within our entire organisation in the last year. We've established a Diversity and Inclusion forum to encourage constant feedback from everyone. There's been an ongoing effort to evaluate all of our company policies to ensure we're hiring from a more inclusive stance and including more BIPOC in marketing and presentation materials. Change like this never happens as fast as we'd like, but it is happening and the process is constant and active.
