Future reviews

Change is hard, and Future has changed A LOT in the last two years. Those changes impacted everything, and hopefully for the better over time, but nobody gets everything right every time the first time. Feedback is how we improve, and unfortunately you felt it was more appropriate for you to leave than to be a part of the more positive change. But I can assure you, most of your colleagues are not looking elsewhere for work. And we haven't ripped up anything. You're upset, which is understandable, and I hope you're able to find somewhere that makes you happy.

We couldn't be happier to have you here! Dated technology is frustrating for folks who really enjoy the bleeding edge, but is often useful for security and stability. It's not an easy balance to strike, I would recommend petitioning your supervisor with detailed explanations for why you think we'd be better off adopting new tech. As for your salary, please make sure you bring this up at your next evaluation or contact People & Culture.
