It's unfortunate you feel so strongly about this, from my perspective Future takes pretty good care of its herd. Even now, in the middle of a pandemic where every company has had to reign things in a little, there are constant efforts to ensure everyone is healthy and cared for. There's an entire team of colleagues helping those who are struggling mentally right now, each of our offices have committees tasked with hosting regular events for everyone to participate it, and our leaders have regularly demonstrated a no bull approach to ensuring as many people as possible have what they need to do their jobs well. I can't help but disagree when you say this company treats employees like numbers. It's true there are difficult decisions made, such as centralising our development teams to make the whole steer a little easier to manage across multiple continents. Those decisions are never made lightly, and every effort is made to ensure anyone who needs to be led to another pasture is handled as compassionately as possible. While I'm sure everyone at Future appreciates your many years with our team, there has never been a single position at this company "eliminated" without warning or explanation. As with any growing company, it is occasionally necessary to adjust where resources are allocated. If any team ever needs to be adjusted, that process is both well documented and deliberate. Should anybody on that team need to be relocated, every effort is made to find a suitable place in the company for that individual. This isn't done often, but in the event that someone is either unwilling or unable to work with the organization to find a better place, that individual is invited to move on to a company more suited to their skill set. It's unfortunate we weren't able to find the right place for you. While that process is well documented, it doesn't always work out. I hope you're able to find somewhere more appropriate for you soon.
