One of the best things about the people we’ve incorporated into the Future fam over the last couple of years is the unique perspectives they bring to this larger organization. And yeah, generally speaking larger companies aren’t going to move quite as quickly as smaller teams. But thanks to people like you, we can work together to identify ways to improve and grow together. Basically, thanks for being a part of the team. I have been sitting on my couch for hours after reading this trying to find these handcuffs you are talking about. I thought about going into the office today, because it’s Taco Tuesday and my office gets a little silly with the shop down the way, but it was really cold outside this morning so I’m sat here working instead. No one is “just a number” here. Do you know how hard it would be to message anyone on Slack if I had to look up numbers instead of names? What a nightmare that would be. Anyway, I sure hope it’s warmer out tomorrow, my office is getting together for drinks after work, and the company is paying! How cool is that?
