      From homegrown to corporate

      Pros

      Real fun work atmosphere. Real good people to work with. Clear goals and promoted a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Use to be a small homegrown company. Kept selling and becoming bigger. It was nice it was making more money, but the upper management staff became people who weren't in the office day in day out.

As you will know we have recently introduced several people-focussed initiatives such as local office committees and manager workshops with the intention of empowering staff to thrive in an exciting and inclusive environment. Future has been a huge success story because of the people who work here and we do everything we can to champion that.
