Good first job to put on the CV. Just don't stay too long.

Pros

Your working on exciting brands, Flexitime with options to WFH (If they trust you).

Cons

1. No job security (A lot of redundancies) 2. Company doesn't care about the staff (Your just a number that makes a number) 3. You're expected to work late around key events like Black Friday 4. High pressure from above 5. The company is constantly chasing money and forgetting about the users/products. 6. Poor Yes-man management 7. Backstabbing colleagues who are happy to throw you under the bus

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. Within our newly created People & Culture department, we are implementing a number of processes such as exit interviews and employee feedback interviews to understand how employees are feeling and what we can do to make any required improvements, we continue to act on this feedback. Growing the business via acquisition is one of our objectives and we consider it to be a really important part of our strategy. Unfortunately this occasionally results in duplications in roles and it has been necessary to amend the organisational structure as a result. We strive to be open and honest about these changes and try to keep impact to a minimum. We wish you all the best for your future endeavours.
