- Inspirational Executive Leadership team who are approachable and knowledgeable - they will always find the time to answer questions - Strategy is very clear and straightforward, and reiterated throughout the year - Genuinely, every single person I've interacted with throughout the business is easy to work with and helpful - Lots of opportunity for development if you want it, and the chance to move to different business areas - Guidance from line manager when you need it, there isn't time for anyone to micromanage others! - We work hard but there is a strong team spirit and we also have fun

Cons

It's extremely fast-paced at Future so it's not for everyone, but personally I love it and the days and weeks fly by!

-Lots of guidance from line managers/ and direct support from the head of department -Meaningful work and lots of room for development -Smart, driven & passionate people across all teams. -Very smooth onboarding/orientation. -Great city centre location, access to loads of shops/restaurants during lunch -Company perks are amazing as well (Free coffee, monthly lunches, unlimited holiday)

People are supportive, friendly and helpful this makes Future a genuinely nice place to be...

Cons

Our growth does create gaps for central functions, that teams are working hard to close as we continue to grow. Finance, HR and Talent have some major projects underway that will benefit our workforce.
