Pros

- full of very intelligent, passionate and friendly people - a successful business with a proven model, focusing on growth and innovation rather than cost-cutting (definitely not the case in a lot of media) - amazing brands across all kinds of sectors, from homes to games, fashion to finance - unlimited holiday (I know it doesn't suit everyone but I like the lack of admin) - profit pool bonus means that everyone shares in success

Cons

- can be very fast-paced, and pursuit of excellence means that it's always onto the next thing with no let up - high expectations around use of data to make decisions, which doesn't suit everyone - some people don't like three days in the office but there are very very few full-remote hires - very commercially minded (even in editorial)

Fun work environment with unlimited holiday (within reason). Management are always positive and encouraging without coming across as demanding.

Cons

Pays less than the majority of companies do for similar roles in the area. Honestly the only fault I have with working here.

Future is an inclusive and caring business to work for. With a huge number of household brand names and a range of departments, from editorial to IT to finance to wine(!) there is a challenging, rewarding role here for anyone looking to progress their career.

Cons

We expect our employees to work hard to help the team achieve its goals.
