      Pros

      Great and friendly coworkers. No forced overtime. Option for paid or partially paid training courses to improve editing skills or to learn After Effects.

      Cons

      Long delays in setting up option for semi-remote work for editors, only available to a few under certain circumstances. Career progression is not always clear, with experience not always reflected in salary rise.

      Multiple opportunities, space to learn and develop

      Pros

      Opportunity to develop and gain exposure to various different elements to the role and you are trusted and supported to make decisions. I’ve had the chance to expand skills and knowledge which is great for career aspirations and I’ve witnessed many success stories of internal promotions across the company.

      Cons

      Some systems and process should be redefined to increase efficiencies - especially when the Company grows fast.

      - Variety - Career opportunities & development if you're willing to put your hand up & get stuck in - Fast pace - Continuous change

      Cons

      - Process improvement required, however this opens the door for opportunities & a new fresh approach. - Company values are out dated & need to be re-aligned to the group due to recent growth.
