Young company, built around engaging with people and their passions. In house training is fantastic and comprehensive. Bath is a great city, with transport links to London and Bristol. Bristol airport is nearby as well. Work with people who share you passion.

Cons

Bath is a beautiful and relaxing place, but younger employees, or anyone a bit adventurous may find it lacking.
