      Lots of management turnover Dysfunctional management and lack of focus Nepotism - strong preference given to tenured staff over competent staff No defined product and service strategy Some senior management are resting on the their laurels of past accomplishments Rewards mediocrity as opposed to fostering innovation

      Pros

      Offered an above average salary. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Immaturity, complete lack of professionalism, clique-ish, clueless management, favoritism, arrogance, too much "doing whatever I can to get by"... I left a job to take a role here and was offered an above average salary. However, it was a complete waste of my time and energy. This company is a fast sinking ship that places more trust in inexperienced people grinding out more "busy" work than senior folks focusing on a clear, set strategy. Also, while there were clearly wonderfully talented and awesome people working there, a majority of the folks I encountered were just plain rude, sloppy, and lacking both personal and professional skills. Be wary of this place. I'd like to write them off of my resume.

      good time off policy. great office space. tasty bagels on friday. exercise facility. creative and fun co workers. low stress. you don't have to be that good at your job or work very hard.

      Cons

      everyone scared of more layoffs. executive team seems afraid to loose their own job. no growth potential. not a good place to have on your resume right now. depressing work environment
