- Ahh...your check will arrive on time - Most people are so cool - Unlimited vacation—so long as your boss lets you take the time off

Cons

- People are underpaid - Need better benefits - No perks

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We agree that our colleagues are pretty cool, which is why we're following through on colleague feedback as announced in our recent Town Hall. We're taking action to address concerns around pay transparency and equity and ensure our benefits are used by everyone, like unlimited time off. We get things done We're rewarded appropriately We celebrate success Positive empowerment culture CEO is tough but fair. Crucially, you come out of meetings with her more informed, having learned something new and having clear direction. High quality and well located offices

Cons

Not many. Resources are limited, but that's the story everywhere in media
