      Pros

      Pretty good work-live balance. People do work pretty hard but it's not like you're expected to non-stop or late nights; just do your work and when you're done, you're done. The people are young, fun and nice. It's a great place to start when you're looking for a first job out of college. You won't be compensated amazingly, but there's room to grow then.

      Cons

      Compensation at the beginning is tough. Living in DC, which has some of the highest cost of living, is a challenge on the low salary.

      Pros

      It's a great place to be if you want to experiment, learn, and explore the different operations that make up a publishing and media company. Tons of opportunity to be found for the ambitious.

      Cons

      Extremely fast-moving environment bordering on chaotic. Not the place to be if you can't handle your responsibilities evolving rapidly.

      You are absolutely right about this being an incredibly fast-moving environment. In my opinion, what keeps us from tripping over that line is our intense focus on data. We move quickly, and responsibilities change with it, because the data demands those changes happen. The industry we operate in has changed quite a lot over the last couple of years, and our ability to adapt and grow has been critical.
